Q10
This laser with a wavelength of 1064 nm is used in Q-switched form and with the ability to convert this wavelength to 532 nm to treat vascular lesions and some pigmented lesions. The target chromophore in these two wavelengths is melanin and hemoglobin, which destroys the waste containing these two chromophores by absorbing laser light and generating heat. In addition, this system is very effective for removing external chromophores such as tattoo ink.
